Please complete the regsitration form below and the following questionnaire to apply for your guide license. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources will review your responses to verify you meet the requirements to obtain this license. You will be notified via email within 5 business days if you met the requirements and can obtain your license via the DNR's online licensing program or the DNR Hunt-Fish app. If you did not meet the requirements, you will be notified that additional steps are needed to become eligible to acquire the license.
